Reception and Year One were excited to take part in a gymnastics session with a coach from Harlow Gymnastics Club.
Year 6 performed their leavers play "Dream On" by Malcolm Sircom. It was an adapation of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by Shakespeare.
Reception were very excited to visit Parndon Wood on Wednesday 5th July as part of their theme work on mini beasts.
We had a visit by the company Perform today who led drama workshops for the Infant children.
On the 29th June, the choir visited the Maybury Open Door Centre and performed a mini-version of the Harlow 70th Anniversary concert.
Our Friends Association held a community event on Saturday 24 June 2017 which was a lovely family day full of music events and activities for the children.
On the 22nd June, choirs from 16 schools came together to sing songs from over 7 decades to celebrate 70 years of Harlow.
Sports Day went off without a hitch! We all had a thoroughly enjoyable day in the sun; running and jumping; balancing, bouncing, kicking and throwing balls and beanbags. The events were well organised by our wonderful Year 6 pupils and they were ably assisted by their peers who were with each class.
On the 13th June, Year 2 children from Fawbert & Barnards, Nazeing and Harlowbury came together to sing a selection of songs called ‘I love Music’.
We went to the Islamic Centre to learn about Muslims.
Well done Year 6 - we have been very proud of you this week.
