Year 4 were visited by a specialist teacher for hearing impairment today.
Year 1 and 2 visited the Braintree museum to take part in a Victorian workshop.
Year 6 visited the Barbican for a music concert entited Magic, Mystery and Mirage performed by the London Symphony Orchestra.
The School Council organised a cake bake sale and sponging of staff to raise funds for Red Nose Day.
Years 2 to 5 were treated to a special performance today by FiveLive Wind Quintet.
Following our BookFest week, Year 2 travelled to the Barbican to see the book "Stan and Mabel" they were studying brought to life.
A very enjoyable ‘Book Fest’ took place over the past three days. Each class used a book to help them develop their own reading and writing skills.

We went to the Gibberd Gallery and took a 10 minute coach journey, singing all the way. When we arrived we met our leader. She showed us around the Gallery and asked us to find different paintings.
The choir took part in a super singing workshop on 30th January at Saffron Hall. The ‘Big Sing’ was hosted by conductor and composer Dominic Peckham who inspired the children with his interesting warm-up and stories of his musical journey.
Reception were very pleased to host our annual Chinese New Year celebration with Harlowbury Primary School.
